Basically, A questionnaire can be described as a list of a research or survey questions asked to respondents, and designed to extract specific information. It serves four basic purposes, to:

  • Collect the appropriate data,

  • Make data comparable and amenable to analysis,

  • Minimize bias in formulating and asking question.

  • To make questions engaging and varied.

We had to make a Questionnaire for our Advanced portfolio. As I already had made one for my film opening sequence, I knew what to do, At first, I made a rough sketch for the questions.

This was the very rough sketch that I made for the questionnaire.

After that I decided to make a much neater version of this in Word.

It was just general questions and some questions regarding our project. I took about 10 printouts of the whole form and got some people to fill the forms out.

This was taking a lot of time, so I decided to use google forms. It sorts the results on its own and makes all kind of bar and pie charts for the results.

These are some of the results I got, In conclusion, most people prefer watching a documentary over a short film and a film teaser is preferred by almost no one.
